Tender Executive (B.Sc Required) - 3-4 Yrs - Gurgaon

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Tender Executive with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids and proposals within the power sector. This role requires a strong understanding of tender documentation, market analysis, and coordination with various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and identify relevant tenders and pre-qualification opportunities in the power industry.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Analyze tender documents to understand scope, terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, including status, outcomes, and feedback.
- Liaise with clients and partners to clarify tender queries and provide necessary clarifications.
- Support in bid negotiation and post-bid analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids and proposals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the tender process.
