Quantity Surveying - Hardware & Networking (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of experience to join our Hardware & Networking division in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to procurement and construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction costs, contract management, and value engineering principles within the context of hardware and networking infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for hardware and networking projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine cost estimates and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying any deviations from the budget and proposing corrective actions.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and payment applications, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Manage variations and claims, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost control and project profitability.
- Conduct site visits to verify work done and assess quantities.
- Maintain accurate records of costs, contracts, and project documentation.
- Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution.
