Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Management Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a Diploma and 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to strategic initiatives within the BFSI sector. You will work closely with senior consultants to analyze business challenges, develop solutions, and support the implementation of recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and analysis for client projects.
- Support the development of presentations and reports for client engagements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the BFSI domain.
- Help in identifying process improvement opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
- Learn and apply consulting frameworks and methodologies.
- Support project management activities as needed.
