Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Coach to join our Human Resources team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will assist employees in identifying career paths, developing skills, and achieving their professional goals within L&T.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial career assessments and one-on-one coaching sessions with employees.

Help employees identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for professional development.

Provide guidance on internal career opportunities, skill development programs, and training resources available within the company.

Assist in the creation and implementation of personalized career development plans.

Maintain confidential employee records related to career development.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to support employee growth.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career coaching and talent management.
