Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Biologist with a Master's degree to join our team at Reliance Retail Ventures Limited. You will contribute to ensuring the quality and safety of products, particularly in our food and grocery segments, by conducting basic analyses and supporting research initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting quality control checks on incoming raw materials and finished products, focusing on biological parameters.
Perform basic laboratory tests and analyses under supervision to assess product safety and efficacy.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and inventory of laboratory supplies.
Support senior biologists and researchers in data collection and literature reviews.
Stay updated with relevant scientific advancements and regulatory guidelines in food safety and biology.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss findings and contribute to product development and quality improvement processes.
