Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2C) to lead our retail operations in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a B.Com degree and 1-6 years of experience in sales and retail management, looking to drive revenue and build a strong customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed branch targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to maintain brand standards.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local community.
