Brew Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brew Master to oversee and manage our on-site craft brewing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine recipes for a variety of craft beers, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Manage the entire brewing process from raw material selection to fermentation, maturation, and packaging.
• Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including mash tuns, kettles, fermenters, and filtration systems.
• Implement and adhere to strict quality control measures and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor fermentation parameters and conduct sensory analysis to ensure product integrity.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the brewing process and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new brewing techniques, and ingredient innovations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand beverage requirements and preferences.
