Captain / Commander - Industrial Equipment / Machinery (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Captain / Commander with 2-4 years of experience to join our Industrial Equipment / Machinery division. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, and driving project success within our Guwahati operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial operations and a strategic mindset, complemented by an MBA/PGDM qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities within the Industrial Equipment / Machinery segment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize workflow.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage inventory and supply chain processes effectively.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
