We are seeking a dynamic and creative Casting Director with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for visual storytelling within the food industry. You will be instrumental in sourcing, selecting, and managing talent for our various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand casting needs for various projects, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional videos.
- Source and identify suitable talent (actors, models, influencers) through various channels, including online platforms, agencies, and networking.
- Review submissions, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate auditions as needed.
- Maintain a database of potential talent, keeping track of their profiles, availability, and previous work.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with selected talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate talent schedules, travel arrangements, and on-site logistics during shoots.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies and individual artists.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent within the Indian market.
- Assist in budget management for casting-related expenses.
- Ensure all casting activities align with the brand's image and marketing objectives.
