Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and brand aesthetics for various beauty and personal care products.

Develop original costume concepts and sketches, translating them into functional and visually appealing designs.

Source appropriate fabrics, materials, and accessories, considering trends in the beauty industry and sustainability.

Oversee the construction and fitting of costumes, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.

Utilize an understanding of material science and chemical properties (from B.Pharma background) to inform fabric choices and potential material interactions relevant to visual presentation.

Manage costume budgets and timelines effectively.

Stay updated on current fashion trends, beauty industry innovations, and competitor activities.
