TV Producer - Facility Management Services Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced TV Producer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing video content that effectively communicates our brand story, services, and achievements within the facility management services sector. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences (M.Pharma) is a unique advantage, allowing for nuanced content creation, particularly if the content needs to address aspects related to healthcare facility management or compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for corporate videos, promotional materials, and internal communications.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, scripting, casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
- Oversee on-set production, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio, and effective direction of talent.
- Coordinate with post-production teams for editing, graphics, music, and final delivery.
- Ensure all content aligns with JLL India's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Leverage your M.Pharma background to contribute to content strategy for specialized areas such as healthcare facility management, compliance-driven content, or scientific communication within the real estate context.
