We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spot Boy with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Air India in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of baggage and cargo operations. The ideal candidate will possess an M.A. degree, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, which will be applied to understanding and executing complex operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all baggage and cargo are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the ramp and baggage handling areas.
• Coordinate with flight crew and ground staff to ensure timely turnaround of aircraft.
• Utilize analytical skills developed through M.A. studies to identify potential operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow.
