Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stage Manager to oversee the technical and logistical aspects of our events and public forums. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all events, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, working closely with speakers, participants, and internal teams. Your M.Des background will bring a unique perspective to event design and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall technical production and logistics for conferences, workshops, panel discussions, and other events.
- Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, and participants to ensure their technical and logistical needs are met.
- Oversee stage setup, lighting, sound, and A/V equipment, ensuring seamless operation during events.
- Develop and manage event schedules, run sheets, and cue-to-cue plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise before, during, or after events.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure effective branding and presentation of events.
- Manage event budgets related to technical production and logistics.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all attendees.
