Recruiting for Sound / Light / Technical Support - Other - Recruitment / Staffing Team

We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team as a Sound / Light / Technical Support - Other specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of audio-visual and technical equipment for our corporate events and internal needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for sound, lighting, and other AV equipment during corporate events, meetings, and presentations.
- Assist in the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and lighting consoles.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of technical equipment, identifying and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Support the IT team with basic hardware and software troubleshooting for office equipment.
- Manage inventory of technical equipment and report any damages or missing items.
- Collaborate with event organizers and internal teams to understand technical requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in audio-visual and technical support.
