Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce Operations to join our Government/Public Administration team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and have a strong understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder management within a large-scale public sector environment. This role is crucial for optimizing our digital service delivery and ensuring seamless execution of e-governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day eCommerce operations related to government services and public administration initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for eCommerce operations and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, marketing, legal) and external stakeholders (government departments, service providers) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and policies related to digital transactions and data security.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance related to eCommerce platforms and services.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for future eCommerce initiatives within the public sector.
