Role Summary:

This entry-level role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate passionate about understanding market trends and contributing to our brand's visual and product presentation strategies. You will support the Merchandising team in optimizing product placement, inventory management, and promotional activities to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment and placement.
- Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies for our recruitment services and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely implementation of merchandising plans.
- Help manage inventory levels and track product performance to inform future buying decisions.
- Contribute to the creation of product descriptions, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for enhancing our service offerings and client engagement.
