Retail Cashier - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Retail Cashier with an M.Tech degree to manage all financial transactions at our retail outlet in Pune. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring a smooth customer experience in the fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong analytical skills and educational background to contribute to efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process all customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using the POS system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with a high degree of accuracy.

Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts with sales records.

Maintain a clean and organized cash counter.

Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.

Utilize analytical skills gained from M.Tech education to identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
