Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to oversee daily operations during their assigned shift in our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage a team, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment. This role is critical for ensuring operational continuity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of banking staff during the shift to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor daily transactions, operations, and adherence to banking policies and procedures.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Prepare and review shift reports, including performance metrics and operational challenges.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
