Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Import & Export team. This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for a recent LLB graduate to gain hands-on experience in the complexities of international trade within the dynamic Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and compliant cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to facilitate timely shipment of goods.
- Conduct legal research on trade laws, treaties, and agreements impacting import and export activities.
- Support the negotiation and drafting of contracts related to international trade, ensuring legal soundness.
- Manage and maintain records of import/export transactions and related legal documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, procurement) to resolve any trade-related issues.
- Identify and flag potential risks and compliance issues in import/export operations.
