Role Summary:
We are seeking a Procurement Category Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic procurement team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement activities for specific categories within the real estate sector, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement policies.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, from requisition to payment.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project management, finance, legal) to understand their requirements and provide procurement support.
- Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Prepare and present category performance reports to management.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement best practices.
