Urgent opening for Dispatch Executive / Officer (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive / Officer with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM, to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the dispatch process, ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials, equipment, and assets for our live entertainment and event projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of event materials, equipment, and props to various project sites.
- Manage inventory of dispatched items, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.
- Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and process all necessary dispatch documentation, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status to project managers and relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to dispatch and logistics.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process.
- Collaborate with the procurement and warehousing teams to optimize stock levels and streamline operations.
- Maintain a database of dispatch records and generate reports on dispatch performance metrics.
