Forklift Operator (Diploma Required) - Pune

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma, demonstrating proficiency in operating forklifts safely and efficiently within our real estate development sites and warehouses. You will be responsible for material handling, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach trucks) to move, stack, load, and unload materials and goods.

Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper lifting techniques and load stability.

Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing materials in the warehouse.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Collaborate with logistics and site teams to ensure efficient material flow.
