Fleet / Transport Manager (Full-Time) | Noida

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Fleet / Transport Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and optimize our transportation and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be a recent postgraduate with a keen understanding of logistics and a commitment to efficiency and safety within the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, ensuring timely and efficient movement of personnel and materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance, including route planning, fuel efficiency, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for vehicle procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle usage and costs, identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Manage driver schedules, performance, and training, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Respond to and resolve any transportation-related issues or emergencies promptly.
- Utilize fleet management software to track and analyze fleet data.
