Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers for pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials.

Prepare purchase requisitions, compare quotations, and raise purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications.

Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks related to purchasing.
