Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, considering their unique learning styles and challenges.
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet the specific needs of each student, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and the organization.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning, self-esteem, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic development of the children.
- Organize and conduct group activities, workshops, and field trips relevant to special education and community development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any interventions made.
