- Assist in the processing and reconciliation of third-party payments and claims.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all TPA-related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment and administrative queries.
- Support in the preparation of reports related to TPA activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Learn and apply accounting principles to day-to-day tasks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for the TPA function.
