Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sourcing of potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and database analysis.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence on prospective companies, including financial analysis, market assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations summarizing research findings and making recommendations to the investment committee.
- Support senior team members in deal execution, including valuation analysis, term sheet negotiation, and legal documentation review.
- Monitor portfolio companies, track their performance, and assist in developing value creation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments within the BPM and broader technology sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
