Cargo Engineer - Courier / Logistics (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Cargo Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing cargo operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize cargo loading, routing, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and safe handling of all cargo.

Monitor cargo flow and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and processes.

Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, inventory, and operational data.

Prepare reports on cargo performance and operational metrics for management.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
