Spa Manager / Supervisor (M.Com Required) - Surat

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spa Manager / Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to oversee our spa operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management, and the overall smooth functioning of the spa, while leveraging their M.Com background for financial oversight and business development. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, customer service excellence, and strong financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, client bookings, and service delivery.

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction, addressing any client concerns promptly.

Supervise and train spa therapists and other staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee inventory management, including product ordering, stock control, and cost management.

Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking using M.Com principles.

Implement and monitor spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Contribute to marketing and sales efforts to drive revenue and attract new clients.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa premises.
