Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical condition, identifying areas of pain, tension, and injury.

Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

Educate clients on proper stretching, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.

Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote employee health and well-being initiatives.
