Role Summary: We are seeking a Junior Sports Science & Medicine - Other professional with a BCA degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will involve applying data-driven insights and technological solutions to enhance employee well-being and productivity within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will work on projects related to ergonomics, health monitoring, and the integration of technology to support a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of ergonomic assessments for workstations and production areas.
Utilize BCA knowledge to manage and analyze employee health and wellness data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and execution of health and wellness programs for employees.
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to integrate sports science principles into workplace practices.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and methodologies in sports science and occupational health.
Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and employee well-being metrics.
Maintain databases and ensure data integrity for all wellness-related initiatives.
