Corporate Development Analyst (2-3 Yrs) | Mumbai

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role will support strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, contributing to the long-term growth and value creation of Infosys. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution within the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and strategic threats.
- Support the evaluation of potential M&A targets, including due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memos, presentations, and other deal-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., legal, finance, business units) to facilitate deal execution.
