We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Country Head to lead our operations in India, with a specific focus on expanding our presence in the Nasik region. This role is ideal for a driven individual with 1-3 years of experience and a strong academic background, including an LLM, who is eager to make a significant impact in the printing and publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and market penetration in India, with an initial focus on Nasik.
• Oversee all aspects of country operations, including sales, marketing, distribution, and product development within the printing and publishing domain.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, educational institutions, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Leverage legal and regulatory understanding (from LLM) to ensure compliance and manage contractual agreements effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Indian publishing landscape.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting for the Indian operations.
