We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Designer to join our learning and development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials for our employees, focusing on the BFSI domain. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, course outlines, and learning materials for various BFSI-related programs.
Create engaging content, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from different departments to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training content.
Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into all curriculum development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in curriculum design and BFSI sector.
Adapt and customize existing training materials for different learning audiences and delivery methods.
