Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and updating of compliance training materials, presentations, and modules tailored for employees at various levels.
- Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) on a range of compliance topics, including data privacy, industry regulations, and ethical conduct.
- Monitor training attendance and completion rates, and provide reports to the compliance department.
- Support the compliance team in organizing and executing compliance awareness campaigns and initiatives.
- Research and stay updated on evolving compliance regulations and best practices relevant to the beverage industry in India.
- Respond to employee queries regarding compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities and employee compliance status.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate compliance training into onboarding and ongoing development programs.
