Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Head - Training & Development. In this role, you will assist in the implementation and coordination of training programs for our operational staff within the courier and logistics sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Support the delivery of training materials and presentations.
- Help in tracking employee attendance and training progress.
- Coordinate with different departments to identify training needs.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for training-related activities.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
