Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Head - Training & Development. In this role, you will assist in the implementation and coordination of training programs for our operational staff within the courier and logistics sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent development within a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Support the delivery of training materials and presentations.
- Help in tracking employee attendance and training progress.
- Coordinate with different departments to identify training needs.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for training-related activities.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
