This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience looking to leverage their scientific understanding and excellent communication skills to train our technical and non-technical staff. You will be instrumental in enhancing the clarity, effectiveness, and professionalism of internal and external communications within our industrial equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on verbal and written communication skills for employees across various departments, including R&D, production, sales, and administration.
- Design curriculum and training materials tailored to the specific needs of the industrial equipment sector, incorporating industry-specific terminology and scenarios.
- Conduct workshops on effective presentation skills, technical report writing, email etiquette, and interpersonal communication.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to improve their communication proficiency.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to translate complex technical information into clear and understandable language for diverse audiences.
