Warden - Architecture / Interior Design (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Warden with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient environment for our staff and visitors. This role requires strong administrative, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the building's infrastructure, ensuring all facilities are in good working order and promptly addressing any maintenance or repair needs.

Oversee security protocols and ensure the safety of all personnel and assets within the premises. Coordinate with security staff and external agencies as needed.

Handle basic financial tasks related to facility management, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and petty cash management, leveraging B.Com knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies. Manage procurement and vendor relationships for facility-related services.

Act as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance and ensuring smooth communication.

Implement and enforce building policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Assist with event coordination and office management tasks as required.
