Hiring: Lab Assistant | Bangalore | 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Lab Assistant with an LLM degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our innovative team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our research and development initiatives within the BPO/Call Centre domain, focusing on data analysis, process optimization, and the application of advanced linguistic models. You will work closely with our data science and operations teams to ensure the efficient execution of projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of data analysis frameworks for call center operations.
- Apply LLM principles and techniques to analyze customer interactions, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
- Support the preprocessing and cleaning of large datasets for training and evaluating machine learning models.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers on experimental design and execution.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and project progress meticulously.
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements for our internal tools and platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all research activities.
- Provide technical support for lab equipment and software as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and BPO technologies.
