Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal to join our dynamic Iron & Steel team. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma and 3-4 years of experience in the steel industry, looking to contribute to a growing startup environment. You will play a key role in supporting our operational and technical teams, ensuring efficiency and quality in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of daily production activities.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Support the implementation of new technologies and operational procedures.
Conduct basic quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Provide technical support to site operations and maintenance.
