Proctor / Invigilator (LLM Required) - Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Proctor/Invigilator with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to ensure the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations and assessments within our Hyderabad operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be adept at maintaining a secure and fair examination environment. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of our internal and external training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage examination sessions, ensuring adherence to all established rules and regulations.
- Prepare examination venues, including setting up materials, seating arrangements, and necessary equipment.
- Distribute and collect examination papers and other materials in a secure and systematic manner.
- Monitor candidates during examinations to prevent any form of malpractice or cheating.
- Verify candidate identities against official records.
- Report any irregularities, incidents, or breaches of conduct to the relevant authorities promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, examination materials, and any reported incidents.
- Assist in the setup and execution of online proctoring sessions if required.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to candidates before and during the examination.
- Ensure a quiet and conducive environment for candidates to perform at their best.
- Liaise with internal departments and external examination bodies as needed.
- Assist in the post-examination process, including the secure storage and handover of materials.
