Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Head with 1-3 years of experience, holding an M.Com degree, to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting the senior management in developing and executing business strategies within the competitive Indian telecom and ISP market. You will gain hands-on experience in market analysis, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies for the telecom/ISP sector.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the telecom sector.
Assist in managing client relationships and resolving customer queries.
