Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of financial operations within the media and broadcasting sector. This role is crucial for driving financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our growing radio station.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments to ensure optimal financial performance.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Evaluate and manage financial risks.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
