Role Summary:

This role is crucial in supporting the HR leadership team in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our company's vision and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and a passion for human resources within the software product industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including drafting job descriptions and employment contracts.
- Contribute to employee relations initiatives, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis.
- Support the implementation of performance management systems.
- Conduct legal research related to HR matters and provide insights to the HR team.
- Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements related to employment.
