We are seeking a highly motivated and aspiring individual to join our organization as a Junior Chairman. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates with a strong technical background and a passion for the agricultural sector. The Junior Chairman will support senior leadership in strategic decision-making, operational oversight, and business development initiatives within our Indian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating and implementing strategic plans for the agriculture and forestry divisions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
Support the monitoring of operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, production, and sales.
Participate in stakeholder engagement and build relationships within the agricultural community.
Contribute to reporting and documentation for board meetings and regulatory compliance.
