We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our operations team in Lucknow. Oversee daily hotel operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests, and room readiness.

Ensure adherence to company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching.

Manage inventory for supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
