Urgent opening for Umpire / Referee (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Umpire / Referee to ensure fair play and adherence to technical protocols within our advanced telecommunications network operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our services by identifying and resolving disputes related to network performance and service level agreements. You will be instrumental in upholding industry standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance metrics and service delivery against established benchmarks and SLAs.
- Investigate and adjudicate disputes arising from network outages, performance degradation, or service interruptions.
- Interpret and apply technical specifications, industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE), and company policies in dispute resolution.
- Document findings, rulings, and recommendations for corrective actions clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and legal teams to ensure consistent and fair application of rules.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues that lead to disputes.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on potential improvements to prevent future conflicts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications technology, protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
