Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior agents in managing client portfolios, including contracts, negotiations, and endorsements.
- Identify and scout new talent, evaluating their potential and suitability for representation.
- Develop and implement strategic career plans for athletes, focusing on long-term success.
- Facilitate communication between athletes, teams, sponsors, and media.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, player movements, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support in the negotiation of player contracts, marketing deals, and endorsement agreements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry.
