We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mountaineering Instructor to join our team on a contractual basis in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mountaineering and a passion for teaching, with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a postgraduate degree. This role involves guiding and training individuals in various mountaineering activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a love for the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging mountaineering training programs tailored to different skill levels.
Conduct practical sessions on rock climbing, trekking, camping, and basic survival skills.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during expeditions and training activities.
Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain and manage all mountaineering equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
Stay updated with the latest mountaineering techniques and safety protocols.
Promote environmental stewardship and responsible outdoor practices.
