We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) with an LLM degree to join our finance team in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits.

- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making at various levels of the organization.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws in India and ensure the company's adherence.
